It is NewSun's commission-based partnership programme exclusively for building managers. Associated managers receive a monthly commission of 3% on closed condominium contracts referred by the associated manager.
This programme is aimed at professional building managers.
Simply complete the form on our partners page, run a commission simulation and speak to one of our specialists. We carry out onboarding with the building manager, during which we explain everything about NewSun and address any remaining questions about NewSun Partner. We also provide materials and tips for speaking with residents at assembly.
In addition to the 3% commission on closed contracts referred by the manager, NewSun Partner also offers educational and informational materials for use at assembly, support during business hours by phone and WhatsApp, and access to a dashboard where you can track the partnership.
Condominiums that sign a contract with NewSun through referral by an associated manager receive the same service as other subscribers: average savings of 30% on the electricity bill, stability in energy spending and the other advantages of green energy by subscription. All partners start with a commission of 3% per month on closed condominium contracts referred by the associated manager. After an annual assessment, the rebate can reach up to 5%. The increase is based on three criteria: scale (how many contracts activated), speed (how quickly) and penetration (percentage of your portfolio activated). The additional amount (up to +2%) applies in the following cycle and only on active contracts.
No. NewSun Partner does not require fees or product purchases.
To remain an active member, you only need at least one active NewSun condominium contract made through referral by the partner manager.
Not if everything is done with respect and transparency. We strongly recommend declaring the commission and approving the contract with NewSun at assembly.
Yes. It is credit compensation in accordance with current regulation for low voltage (GD2).
