For condominiums that switch to renewable sources, there is real potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We are a case in point: together with our customers, we have helped avoid the emission of more than 800 million tonnes of carbon dioxide.

According to the Brazilian Forestry Institute (IBF), 7 trees are capable of absorbing one tonne of carbon dioxide over their first 20 years. Our impact over 8 years is equivalent to the absorption achieved by more than 5 billion trees over 20 years.

Sustainable condominiums serve as a showcase for other developments. By showing that investing in clean energy is viable, efficient and even cost-effective, you inspire other managers to do the same.

Today we serve more than 500 condominiums, and we aim to bring our solution, which combines savings of up to 30% on the electricity bill with sustainability, to even more property managers.

An incentive for further action

Once a green initiative has been successfully implemented, residents become more open to trying new solutions. And so something that starts out as a subscription to sustainable energy can develop into a highly sustainable condominium with green roofs, water reuse and even composting.

Subscription-based green energy, in fact, is highly recommended as a gateway to making condominiums more eco-friendly. Since it is a solution that requires no investment in equipment or installation work.
