On the morning of 15 April, the CondoHuby space will host another edition of NewSun Experience, an event organised by clean energy subscription company NewSun Energy. The aim is to create an exclusive networking space for the condominium market, as well as to promote knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency for building management.

The free event will begin at 10:30am and will offer all attendees breakfast, an educational talk on clean energy for condominiums, and exclusive giveaways. Places are limited and registration can be completed through this link.

How previous editions went

The pilot edition took place in December 2025 at NewSun Energy's São Paulo office. It was an intimate event that brought together major names in condominium media, such as Sônia Inakake of Revista Direcional and Daniel Lima of Papo Condominial, alongside representatives from management companies.

In March, the first gathering took place at the CondoHuby space, a venue dedicated exclusively to the condominium market with full facilities for this type of event. More than forty attendees took part, including building managers, representatives from management companies and other professionals involved in building management.
