NewSun Energy presented Energy Pass during CONASI Vale do Paraíba 2026, held in São José dos Campos on 2 October. The programme was presented by NewSun’s Expansion Manager, Almir Ramos, as an alternative aimed at condominium management companies seeking to expand the benefits offered to their own operations and to the developments within their portfolio. The event brought together professionals from the condominium market in a programme dedicated to topics related to management, technology and the new challenges facing condominiums.
Energy Pass is a special NewSun programme for condominium management companies, as a 360-degree energy solution. The proposal combines benefits for the management company and for the condominiums in its portfolio, using the existing relationship between these companies and property managers to facilitate access to solutions related to energy management.
A programme designed for management companies and their portfolios
Among the benefits planned for management companies are the possibility of achieving savings on their own energy bills, as well as recurring remuneration associated with participating condominiums, in accordance with the programme’s conditions and eligibility criteria. Participating management companies may obtain savings of up to 50% on energy at their headquarters for up to 12 months, subject to individual assessment and specific contracting conditions.
For condominiums, the programme links subscription-based clean energy to complementary solutions. These include the Smart Meter, aimed at monitoring energy consumption, and the possibility of providing an EletroTotem for individual electric vehicle charging, on a loan-for-use basis and subject to technical validation and implementation conditions.
Subscribing to energy by subscription does not require the installation of the condominium’s own generation equipment. The energy is produced from renewable sources and the corresponding credits are used to offset the bill, in accordance with the contracting conditions.
The model also seeks to simplify portfolio activation. After the commercial agreement and the management company’s assessment, the company can invite the condominiums to learn about the solution. NewSun conducts stages such as qualification, contracting, implementation and monitoring, while subscription remains subject to the approval procedure applicable to each condominium.
The presentation of Energy Pass at CONASI Vale do Paraíba reinforces NewSun’s strategy of bringing its solutions closer to the professionals who work directly in condominium administration. Created to promote training and integration among property managers, management companies and sector businesses, CONASI maintains a programme of events in different regions of the country.
With Energy Pass, NewSun expands its work with management companies by combining subscription-based clean energy with tools and benefits aimed at managing condominium portfolios. Participation conditions, savings percentages and benefits are subject to eligibility analysis, availability and the specific terms of each contract.
