All partners start with a commission of 3% per month on closed condominium contracts referred by the associated manager. After an annual assessment, the rebate can reach up to 5%. The increase is based on three criteria: scale (how many contracts activated), speed (how quickly) and penetration (percentage of your portfolio activated). The additional amount (up to +2%) applies in the following cycle and only on active contracts.

To remain an active member, you only need at least one active NewSun condominium contract made through referral by the partner manager.
